Our Exciting Nonprofit Status News!

Dear potential donors, club members, family and friends:

We at FEARless (Female Education Advocacy Representatives) have very exciting news that we are overjoyed to be sharing with you. As many of you may be aware, on October 28, 2014 we sent an application for 501(c)3 status to the Internal Revenue Service. After eagerly waiting for a response, we are proud to announce that on March 12, 2015, we were given notice that we are officially considered an American Non-Profit Charity! To clarify, being a 501(c)3 organization entails that FEARless is a nonprofit organization exempt from federal income tax because of our charitable purpose. For our donors, this means that all donations that were made after we applied for nonprofit status (October 28th 2014) will be retroactively tax-deductible as well as any future contributions you wish to make to our cause. Also, for our donors who have received receipts for their donations, you will soon be receiving new receipts that are in the format approved by the IRS for tax-exemption purposes.

We cannot begin to express our gratitude for your unending support in whatever capacity you have contributed, whether that be financial or non-monetary, and we hope that you continue to support the momentous quest for global education equality.
